Terms of sale

This site is operated by Superfit by Hairul ("we", "us"), Singapore. By placing an order you agree to these terms. All products sold here are digital PDF documents. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.

Delivery

After a successful payment, the PDF files are sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Larger orders may arrive across more than one email. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address. If the email has not arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, use the resend button on your confirmation page, or contact us with your order number and we will send it manually.

Refunds

Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the delivery email has been sent. If you were charged but did not receive your files, or a file is faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will resend the files or refund you. Duplicate purchases made by mistake will be refunded on request.

Licence and use of the programmes

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own training. You may not share, resell, republish or distribute them. All content is the intellectual property of Superfit by Hairul.

All physical activity involves a potential risk of injury. The programmes are general guidance, not medical advice. Consult your doctor or an equivalent healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. We take no responsibility for injury to persons or property arising from the use of the information provided.

Privacy

We collect your name, email address and, if you provide it, your WhatsApp number in order to deliver your purchase and to help you if something goes wrong. We keep a record of your order (product, amount, date and payment status). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data. If you ticked the box to receive tips and new programmes, we may email you occasionally; you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email. To view or delete the data we hold about you, contact us at the address below. We use no advertising cookies on this site.
